We, XL8 Inc., collect information to provide better services to all our users.
The information XL8 collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you use our services.
When you’re not signed in to an account, we store the information collected through our use of tracking and analytics tools. This information includes:
When you’re signed in, we also collect information that we store with your account, which we treat as personal information.
When you create an account, you provide us with your personal information that includes your name and a password. You can also choose to add a phone number or payment information to your account. Even if you aren’t signed in to an account, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to communicate with XL8.
Unless you agree otherwise, we do not collect any content you create, upload, or stream while using our services. We only store the content you request on a temporary storage for the sole purpose of your later reviews, and only for a period not exceeding seven days, unless you configure or request otherwise.
We may collect information about the environment of you as a user of our services to improve the user experience. This information may include unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating systems, mobile network information including carrier names and phone numbers, and application version numbers. We may also collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request. All this information gets anonymized before collection and cannot be used to identify you as a user.

When you’re signed in, you can always manage, review and update your personal information by visiting the services you use.
You may export or delete your content that we store only if you have separately agreed to it. However, since our storage period for your content does not exceed a maximum of seven days unless you have agreed otherwise, your content will be automatically deleted after seven days.
We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of XL8 and its affiliates except in the following cases:

All XL8 products are built with security features that continuously protect your personal information and content. And if we do detect something risky that we think you should know about, we’ll notify you and help guide you through steps to stay better protected.
We work hard to protect you and XL8 from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold.
When the purpose of collecting and using personal information is completed, we delete the collected personal information in a quick and safe way.
If the user has obtained separate consent for the storage period or the law sets the storage period, it is safely stored during that period and deleted after that period has elapsed.
We regularly review this Privacy Policy and make sure that we process your information in ways that comply with it.
We maintain servers around the world and your personal information may be processed on servers located outside of the country where you live. Data protection laws vary among countries, with some providing more protection than others. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy. We also comply with certain legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data. When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by XL8 Inc. and its affiliates, including MediaCAT and EventCAT.
We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date the last changes were published and we offer access to archived versions for your review. If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
